About Our Mentor - Joe Marchese, CMS, RCT
At Coldtronics, our training is built on experience that comes straight from the field — and few instructors bring the depth of knowledge and leadership that Joe Marchese offers. With over 30 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry, Joe combines technical mastery, instructional excellence, and industry leadership to deliver training that truly prepares technicians for real-world success.
